In July 2004 my family and I moved to Florida and I decided to enter the real estate industry. It seemed like the perfect fit for my lifestyle as a Mom that wanted a career, yet still gave me the ability to be there for my children. I immersed myself in classes and training that fall and was soon licensed and listing and selling homes. Then in 2006 the unthinkable happened and the market that had been absolutely explosive fell apart.
Because homes were not selling I took a job in my real estate office as the office coordinator and found I loved that even more than I had loved selling homes. I later became an assistant to a successful real estate team and handled every aspect of their listing and transaction coordination. During this period, I continued to work as an agent as well.
Fast forward to 2008 when we decided to once again move our family, this time back home to Ohio. I was taking online courses for my AA in business management, I knew I wasn’t going to renew my real estate license, and we just really missed home. So home is where we landed.
After completing my degree, and much research, I found the perfect career as an entrepreneur within the real estate industry. Not once have I regretted the decision. Every day I work with people that, just like me, are working in a new economy and at a much higher level. As an online business manager, I not only own my own business, but partner with my clients every day to create amazing relationships, implement well thought out plans to improve their businesses, and achieve amazing results.

Janet began her virtual assistant career working closely with two real estate agents. Her current experience includes her knowledge of copywriting, graphic design, listing coordination, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suites. A few of the real estate agent specific programs that she has worked with include TopProducer 8i, Foreclosure Radar, ActiveRain, eProperty sites, Z57 and Advanced Access websites, and Kinetic Knowledge.
When working for my clients, she always keeps in mind their individual “flavor”, and her personal philosophy is that a REVA’s (Real Estate Virtual Assistants) job is to provide organization and constancy to those that we work with. If she can make your job easier, she has done what she set out to do.
When not working at her virtual office, Janet enjoys time spent with her husband, daughter, and family.
Sandy has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. She started out working for several Property Management companies handling the leasing of properties, doing administrative duties along with becoming an Office Manager. Sandy has extensive experience with real estate operations specializing in property management.
