What is the difference between an online business manager and a real estate virtual assistant?

A real estate virtual assistant is a virtual assistant that focuses on the real estate industry and the administrative tasks that are specific to the real estate industry. By focusing on the real estate industry, real estate virtual assistants provide a higher level of assistance than your average employee.
An online business manager is a virtual partner in your business that can help you plan out the next steps you need to take to improve your business, as well as get it all implemented for you. An online business manager is highly skilled and does not need managed, but rather manages everything you need completed and updates you as to the progress so that you can spend more time working ON your business instead of IN it.

How is an online business manager different from an employee?

An online business manager is:

experienced. Most employees that you hire are not.
provides their own office space and technology. An employee expects you to provide these.
pays their own social security and an employee does not.

I only work on retainer for my clients because I have found this to be the best way to get the best results for my clients. When I agree to work with someone it is expected to be a long term relationship, and not just a short tern project. By operating in this way you will gain increased business, perfected systems, and know you always have the support you need in order to continue growing your business.

You don’t until you speak to me and make your own judgment regarding my reliability. You can also speak to my satisfied clients and colleagues if you wish. I do feel I also have to point out that you don’t really know what your in office assistant would be doing while you are out of the office either. If you need assistance you have to make a decision about what’s best for you.

After you have scheduled your appointment I will email you a questionnaire to fill out prior to our meeting. By completing the form I will be better prepared for our meeting and know the general direction we need to go in order to grow your business the way you would like.
