At least once a week I am asked about how to claim a listing on Zillow. A more important question is why you have to claim it. The reason you have to claim your listing is because the email you have on record for Zillow is different from the email that you have registered with the company that feeds it in, for instance List Hub.
The best way for you to make sure all your listings are recognized as yours is to make sure that your email address matches in all places. For instance, you should use one email address for Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Listing Book, etc. If you have your email address listed the same for every online account you own, it makes it much simpler to “own” your listings online.
