Once you have installed Dropbox your files are easily accessible to both you and I! If you have a file of pictures, simply drag the folder into the Dropbox file that we are sharing. I usually set this file up and send you an invite to the folder so that you will know what the file is that we will be sharing. An important note is that I can only see the files inside the file we are sharing. I can not see any other files or folders you create, unless they are in our shared folder.
For instance, if the location of the folder were: C://sallyagent/mydocuments/dropbox/familyphotos I am not going to see that file. If the destination of the file is C://sallyagent/mydocuments/dropbox/sally_agent/123Main then I will be able to share it because it is in the file I set up for us to share!
Hope that helps to unravel the Dropbox mystery for all of you Dropbox newbies! If you have any further questions, please feel free to leave a comment below and I will be happy to assist you!
