Keeping a positive attitude, especially in sales, can be a rough thing to do. The reality is that you usually hear more no responses than yes responses. The numbers don’t lie. It takes approximately 100 contacts to get 10 leads. Out of those 10 leads about 1 will sign with you. Does that mean you should give up? NO! It means you need to look at things in a more positive light.
If you were to make 100 calls, or knock on 100 doors every day, what would that do for your business? You’d see a serious boost in business right? You bet you would! So the next time you start to tear yourself apart, we all do it from time to time, get rid of the stinkin’ thinkin’ and go knock on a few more doors. The best way to raise your spirits, and your sales is to take action, not react.
