Serita Diana founded List 2 Close Assistant in 2010, now List to Close Inc.; born of the experience Serita gained as a licensed agent in Florida. After months of researching the industry and learning about the growing demand for support for the real estate industry, she knew she found a niche she could excel in by providing top-notch support for real estate agents and brokers across the country.
Serita was licensed in the state of Florida until 2008 when she moved back home to Ohio. She had also acted as Office Coordinator in 2006 for a busy real estate office in Port Richey Florida, then as a licensed assistant to a busy real estate team 2006-2007 where she was trained by Monica Reynolds when she was a part of the Mike Ferry organization. She has training and experience in managing every aspect of an agent’s real estate business, from listing to closing.
In 2012 Serita co-founded REVA Academy, a successful real estate virtual assistant training program. In 2017, Serita asked Megan to join her as she transitioned to a corporation, forming List to Close Inc. Serita functions as the Director of Client Care and Transaction Services. She specializes in system creation, client relations, and transaction coordination.
Megan Barber has extensive experience in real estate, having worked “behind the scenes” in the real estate industry since 1999. She opened her first Real EstateVirtual Assistant company in January 2005 and grew into a successful team within 2 years. In 2012 co-founded REVA Academy, a successful real estate VA training program.
In 2017, Megan joined forces and merged with Serita Diana to become Co-CEO of List to Close Inc. Megan works for List to Close Inc, as the Director of Marketing & Strategy. While Megan can handle a multitide of agent support services, she specializes in listing marketing, graphic design, personal marketing and social media.
When Megan is not behind her desk working for clients, you will find her chasing one of her 3 kids, or teaching a Zumba class at the local YMCA.
Crystle Siegel is a professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant who assists both real estate professionals as well as business professionals in taking over their day to day tasks that keep them away from what matters most… their clients! Crystle comes from a strong background of corporate training, project management, administration and organizational development. She has provided virtual assistance to both business and Real Estate professionals.
Crystle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. She has over ten years of practical experience in Administrative and organizational management with the Air National Guard. Crystle is energetic and friendly. She is well adaptive to high-pressure situations that require attention to detail and strict timelines. Crystle has a wealth of experience in managing teams to achieve strong results. She has been trained in leadership that brings results to strong organizations.
Anika Bell is a seasoned administrative professional and Transaction Coordinator who is passionate about supporting real estate agents in living their success dream. She excels in systems/process management and project leadership. She understands the challenges and successes of running, maintaining and developing a strong real estate business. Anika believes her success lies only in the success of the agents she partners with.
Prior to her 8-year career as a Transaction Coordinator, Anika was the Legal Secretary to the founding member of the nation’s largest intellectual property law firm. Anika has been the right-hand to many top producing agents in the Washington, DC, area and is responsible for ensuring that “stuff gets done,” balls aren’t dropped, clients are happy, and everything is in place to support the growth of the agents she supports.
Darlene Reyes serves our team as a professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant. As an experienced Independent Transaction Coordinator, she provides quality services to real estate brokers and agents, from contract to close. Her background in mall management and as a CPA assistant during the busy tax season has groomed her for the demanding tasks of transaction coordination, which she considers “a rewarding challenge, because each transaction is unique!”
Darlene’s meticulous attention to detail and efficient proactive support are what sets her apart in the industry. Bringing her conscientious administrative skills to our team serves to reinforce our exceptional work ethic in providing you the transaction support you need for success in your business.
Darlene is highly motivated, dedicated and professional in all aspects of transaction coordination, and adheres to client confidentiality. She is proactive in risk management support, in meeting critical deadlines, and ensuring transaction compliance by carefully reviewing documents for accuracy and completion. Having Darlene’s virtual “second eyes” on each transaction will ensure a successful, and timely, close!
Elicia Rodgers has worked for over 10 years as a general administrative assistant in-office and most recently as an in-office and virtual real estate assistant. She has had a love for the industry her entire life and is extremely proud to be a part of the real estate world. She strives to provide clients with a high level of service while freeing them up from their administrative to-do list so that they can do what they do best, sell homes. One of her greatest feelings of accomplishment is watching clients reach their goals and pursue their dreams of becoming the most successful real estate agents they can be.
Amy is on our social media team at List to Close Inc. She has a strong background in both consumer goods marketing and real estate. This combination of experience helps her to know the best marketing tactics that can be used used to build a real estate business.
Amy resides in Fishers, Indiana. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and triplet boys. She stays involved in the community by serving on the School PTO and spends time volunteering for the Hamilton Southeastern swim team.
Shannon Curry comes to us with 9 years of customer service experience in both the banking industry and as a previous office manager in the membership of a zoo in Louisville.
Shannon enjoys movie nights with her sisters after her children are in bed.
Debbie Markham joins us with 6 years of administrative and customer service experience. She enjoys spending time with her 2 sons and their families, including her 2 grandchildren.
Hailey Diana has grown up with the real estate virtual assistant business in the background of her life since the age of 8. With a strong artistic background and exemplary computer skills she has put her skills to work at List to Close Inc while preparing for college next year.
