Occasionally I am lucky enough to see something that truly motivates. You know what I mean, of course. It goes beyond telling you to set goals and is not the standard line on how you can improve yourself if you just do this, and this, and this. Yada, yada, yada. Yep. I get tired of those too.
But when I see an agent that is closing 75 deals a year, well I’m impressed. That got your attention, didn’t it? It got mine too, because it’s not an easy feat. I enjoyed watching an interview on Mike Ferry TV where the agent had closed 75 deals and is still looking to up his production. How’s that for motivated? During this interview he was given the opportunity to interview Mike Ferry and ask him some of the questions he had about how to keep intense, what to do when he has negative thoughts, and many others. It was a great interview. I would highly recommend anyone serious about their real estate career check out Mike’s program. And no… I’m not an affiliate. I don’t think Mike does affiliate programs. I’m just one of the many that know that Mike can really push you to greater levels if you are struggling to bring your business to it’s highest potential.
And by the way… if you do start Mike’s program be sure and tell him I sent you. He won’t know who I am of course, but hey! Maybe he wants a virtual assistant too!
