Our transaction coordination services always begin with an initial consultation to discuss your individual needs. Some of the tasks we routinely handle for our agents are updating all parties in the transaction, scheduling inspections, file management, compliance review of all documents, and scheduling the closing.
In our first meeting we will discuss the tasks you normally handle in routine transactions and we will then create a customized timeline for your review. Upon final approval of the timeline and checklist, we will then be able to begin the transaction coordination services you need.
Starting at $350 per transaction in most states, California is $415. There is an $150 Set-up fee prior to start of any transaction work. We require a 50% deposit upfront on all transactions UNLESS fee is being paid out of escrow.
