Over and over again I am asked which is the RIGHT CRM system for a client’s real estate business. As a real estate virtual assistant I work in many different CRM systems and so I know the good the bad and the sometimes ugly of the CRMs that are over and over again sold as the be all and end all for real estate agents and brokerages. It’s true a good CRM system is imperative to building your business. Do you want more truth?
There is no one right answer. Everyone has something different they are looking for, so there is a different answer for every real estate agent and broker out there. There are many different CRM programs with many different features that you may or may not want or need to use. Before you can make a decision on the best CRM you need to find out exactly what it is that you want to have in your system.
