As a REALTOR and an Associate Broker, I too have experienced that moment more times than I care to admit. Time to take it to the next level, you need a real estate virtual assistant.
Real estate agents have a hard time saying “No” when it comes to new clients. I made it my standard practice for many years to limit myself to no more than 7 listings at a single time. I knew that beyond 7 I was stretched to provide the standard of service that I demanded of myself and my clients deserved.
It was as though I was putting together a puzzle and the center piece was missing, I could not figure out what the equation for success truly was.
Right in front of me, my own real estate virtual assistant.
Then one evening, while on Twitter chatting with my network and friends, something clicked. Right in front of me, for years, was an amazing real estate virtual assistant. I had watched her grow her business, I saw her enthusiasm and joy for what she did, as well as her expertise and positive attitude.
I had known Serita Diana, founder of List2CloseAssistant.com, for years I had not used her as a virtual assistant because I had my own assistant for years. The common problem with having an assistant in your real estate business is that someone has to train them, or task them, and run the show. It’s nearly impossible to run a real estate team and also manage the team office. Why add someone to your team to help you if you end up having to also take on the training and managerial side of things.
Finally, I had a life again!
When I finally retained Serita and List2Close, as my real estate virtual assistant, the quality of my life improved dramatically! Suddenly I could serve more clients, I could write more contracts, I could list more properties, even better – I could serve my existing clients better – all because Serita and her team were my REVA’s.
From listing paperwork to closing coordination, they handled it all, leaving me to do what I was great at – serving my customer’s needs and building a training and coaching program for real estate professionals. The value of using a REVA was completely transformational, for my business, and my life. It gave me more time with my family, for my hobbies, causes I support and higher quality service to my clients. Having List2Close Assistant as my REVA also made me a LOT more money.
As I shifted my focus in the last few years to business development coaching for real estate agents, it became even more apparent that many real estate agents are not as successful as they could be IF they hired a real estate virtual assistant.
Now we want to help you.
In that realization, Serita and I saw an opportunity to share the benefits of my business development and personal coaching services (as well as social media consulting) with her clients, and in turn to share the amazing benefits of her real estate virtual assistant business List2Close Assistant with my coaching clients.
This post begins a series to help real estate professionals, of any experience level, to improve their quality of life and grow their business by using a real estate virtual assistant.
If you aren’t convinced a VA is for you, you will be soon. Tomorrow we will bring you the 5 Ways a Real Estate Virtual Assistant Can Help You Make More Money.
